Con-Tech’s outsource manufacturing fabricating, forging and finishing partners in China, Taiwan, India and elsewhere, many of whom are ISO certified , use materials that are tested to and meet all relevant industry standards. All industrial packaging and other parts are inspected to ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to your expectations. As part of our procurement services, we strive to put an unlimited range of cost-effective capabilities at your disposal.

Whether custom manufacturing or mass production is involved, our suppliers look at many factors in determining which process should be employed. Forginga metal processing procedure that deforms metal through hot, cold, or warm processes comes in different forms. Hot forging uses extreme heat for the deformation of metals like standard or carbon alloy steel, while cold forging is performed at or near room temperature and deforms soft metal like aluminum into the desired shape.
