Con-Tech is always ahead of the curve regarding industry innovation. We collaborate with customers in the industrial, transit and protective packaging and other areas toward our mutual goals of providing quality products and service with competitive pricing. We have a long history in the drum and related packaging industries and are constantly evolving to meet their ever-changing needs.
We furthered these goals with our well attended booth at Industrial Pack 2018, a new event designed for industrial packaging, which ran from April 4-5, 2018 in Atlanta, GA. We were pleased to partner there with our long-term friend and invaluable supplier, Technocraft Industries, and were honored by the participation of one of their owners, founders and resident technical geniuses, Sudarshan Saraf. Together with Con-Tech’s own Robert Evans, Delmy Pasa and Terry Mitchell, we traded industry information, product knowledge and ideas with more than 1,000 attendees and exhibitors.
High visibility was ensured with a booth located near the center’s main entrance. Returning customers, potential clients and industry associates joined us to share thoughts, ideas and information. Of course, no small attraction was Con-Tech’s drum-shaped mugs. Many people around the globe now start their day thinking about Con-Tech!
Finally, industry leader, friend and longtime customer Kyle Stavig, Chair for IPANA (Industrial Packaging Alliance of North America) and Paul W. Rankin, President of RIPA (Reusable Industrial Packaging Association) gave keynote addresses and talked about the history of drum packaging as well as its history. The conference was a great step in Con-Tech’s long journey with our many customers and friends.
